REPORT: Sixers Expressing Interest in Langston Galloway, Luke Kennard
With the Detroit Pistons looking in a completely different direction compared to the start of the season, it may be time to unload veterans that could be useful to contending teams. Langston Galloway and, out of seemingly nowhere, Luke Kennard have been on the radar of the Philadelphia 76ers, according to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer:

It makes sense that the Sixers would be interested in the pair of sharpshooters, as the team is looking to add more spacing around All-Stars Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid - both players who predominantly work in the paint. Currently fifth in the Eastern Conference, the Sixers could choose to move one of their inexperienced young players, such as Zhaire Smith, in a deal for a seasoned scorer off the bench.
Galloway, who is performing admirably in his contract season (40 percent from three), would be a seamless fit in Philadelphia, and could likely be acquired for a reasonable price. The currently-injured Kennard, on the other hand, is a much more vital piece of the Pistons' future, so it seems unlikely - but not impossible - he's moved before the trade deadline.
