REPORT: Saddiq Bey, Isaiah Stewart Named To USA Select Team

Pistons rookies Saddiq Bey and Isaiah Stewart were among the 17 players named to the 2021 Team USA Select Team, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

After both Bey and Stewart landed themselves onto the NBA's All-Rookie teams, this proves to be another interesting tune-up for the young Pistons duo. The USA Select Team usually participates in training camp and a series of scrimmages against the full Team USA, which includes Jerami Grant.

Saddiq Bey, drafted with the 19th pick via Brooklyn in the 2020 NBA Draft, was a first-team All-Rookie selection this season, averaging 12.2 points, 4.5 rebounds and 38% from three. Isaiah Stewart made second-team All-Rookie, averaging 7.9 points and 6.7 rebounds per contest.
