Monta Ellis was also suspended for five games.
Bullock will become a restricted free agent on July 1st. He is expected to sign elsewhere, as Detroit does not have much cap flexibility to work with right now.
He averaged 4.5 points on 38.4 percent shooting from the three-point line last season.
