Report: Pistons to Hold Veteran Mini-Camp Next Week
The Detroit Pistons will be hosting a veteran mini-camp next week, per Alex Kennedy of Basketball Insiders.

Kennedy revealed two players that will be at the workouts. Richard Solomon is a 23-year old power forward out of California. He is 6'10. He went undrafted in the 2014 NBA Draft. Gabe Olaseni is a 6'11 center out of Iowa. He went undrafted in last year's NBA Draft. He averaged 8.1 points and 4.8 rebounds in his senior season at Iowa.
As for other participants, there is no other news regarding who else will be attending. Notable players that have been attending team's mini-camps are Cory Jefferson, Russ Smith, Justin Harper, Will Cummings, and Alex Kirk. Former number 1 pick Anthony Bennett attended the Brooklyn Nets veteran mini-camp.

As stated above power forward Richard Solomon and center Gabe Olaseni will also be attending the camp.
This group has a sprinkle of hometown players attending. Derrick Nix is a detroit native, and played basketball at Michigan State University. He played four years there. He also had a short stint with the Grand Rapids Drive last season. Chris Douglas-Roberts has been six seasons in the NBA, and is also a Detroit native. Jordan Crawford, the most notable name attending the camp is a Detroit native. He averaged 43 points per game last season over in the Chinese Basketball Association.
The camp will be held from Tuesday June 7th to Thursday June 9th.
