Report: Pistons Offered Andre Drummond for DeMarcus Cousins, Kings Declined

According to Mike Scotto of Basketball Insiders, the Detroit Pistons made a blockbuster offer to the Sacramento Kings earlier this season. 

Scotto reports the Pistons offered to swap Andre Drummond for DeMarcus Cousins. Sacramento declined the offer. 

Scotto also added that it is unclear if Detroit is one of the teams currently pursuing Cousins, whose name has been heating up in trade talks. 

Recent reports from Adrian Wojnowarski of The Vertical say the Pelicans are the latest make an offer to Sacramento for the disgruntled big man. 

The trade deadline is Thursday, February 23rd at 3 PM EST.
