REPORT: Pistons Interested in Point Guard Shane Larkin
(Stacy Revere/Getty Images) The Detroit Pistons are reportedly interested in signing point guard Shane Larkin, according to HoopsHype's Alex Kennedy:
The Pistons, Magic and Thunder have shown interest in point guard Shane Larkin, who is mulling a return to the NBA after leading Anadolu Efes to the EuroLeague Final Four (where he broke the all-time scoring record). He also helped them win Turkish League Final and was named MVP.

Larkin, who last played in the NBA with the Boston Celtics in 2017-18, experienced incredible success with Anadolu Efes of the Euroleague. Larkin's 2018-19 season was headlined by a 37-point performance on March 8. Larkin is a very solid option as a team's third point guard and is capable of playing backup minutes as well. In his last NBA season with Boston, he averaged 4.3 points and 1.8 assists and 36 percent shooting from three in just over 14 minutes per game. With the Pistons in need of point guard depth, Larkin would be a good third point guard option. This comes with the assumption that recent draftee Jordan Bone will likely be spending the majority of his rookie season with the Grand Rapids Drive.
