With NBA Free Agency officially underway, players have begun to agree to sign with teams, current and new. Piston free agent Anthony Tolliver is garnering interest on the open market, according to Marc Berman of the New York Post.

Berman also reports that Tolliver spoke with Knicks general manager, Scott Perry.

Tolliver had a fantastic season with the Pistons last season, carving out a crucial role off the bench. In 79 appearances last season, Tolliver averaged 8.9 points on an ultra-efficient 43.6 percent from the 3-point line. He is known as a leader in the locker room.
There is no report as of yet if Detroit is one of the other teams interested in Tolliver, but it seems likely that the Pistons will work to maintain him. Working around their lack of space before hitting the luxury tax could come into play, however.
