Haynes reports that the Los Angeles Lakers and Philadelphia 76ers are interested in the former MVP. Haynes also reported that the Los Angeles Clippers are interested in Rose, but their interest was more "exploratory."
Rose has averaged 18.3 points and 5.9 assists per game this season. he was recently inserted into Detroit's starting lineup.
There was a previous report from Eric Pincus of Bleacher Report stating that the Pistons would not trade Rose unless he asked to be traded, but that mindset may have changed as the season has progressed and the losses have piled up.
Haynes also reports that Rose asked for a larger role with the team, which is likely why he was placed into the starting lineup, due to the injuries that have plagued Detroit throughout the year.
From Haynes' report:
With the rash of injuries the Pistons have endured and Rose playing well, the veteran guard last week asked for an extended role with more minutes, sources said.
