Leuer has not played since October 31st when he suffered an ankle injury against the Los Angeles Lakers. He saw a specialist in Indiana on Thursday.
The Pistons have used Eric Moreland and Anthony Tolliver throughout his absence, while Henry Ellenson remains glued to the bench. Tolliver has been a key cog for Detroit's second unit, providing leadership and great floor spacing. Moreland has been a stout defender and rebounder.
