Report: Frank Jackson signs a 2- way contract with the Detroit Pistons
The Detroit Pistons have signed young guard, Frank Jackson to a 2-way contract, according too Eric Woodyard, reporter for ESPN:

The former Duke alum has spent the last two seasons with New Orleans including a very brief period with the Thunder before being waived. Jackson through his short 2 year career averages 7.8 points, 1.1 assists, and 1.8 rebounds.
