REPORT: Detroit Signs 2019 Second Rounder Deividas Sirvydis To A Three-Year Deal
The Detroit Pistons have signed their 2019 second-round draft pick Deividas Sirvydis to a three-year contract. Sirvydis is a 20 year-old, 6'8 wing from Lithuania who is well regarded for his three-point shooting and his ability to space the floor.
Sirvydis' contract is fully guaranteed for the first two seasons and non-guaranteed for the third. His pay by year is as follows:
2020-21: $898,310
2021-22: $1,517,981
2022-23: $1,782,621

Sirvydis played the 2019-20 season for Hapoel Jerusalem, but only played in four games. However, the 20 year-old did join the Pistons for the Las Vegas Summer League last year where he played 6.9 minutes a game, averaging 1.8 points on 37.5 percent shooting from the floor and 50 percent from deep.
Sirvydis adds to the slew of young international players on the Pistons roster including: Killian Hayes, Sekou Doumbouya, Dzanan Musa, and Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk.
