Pistons Announce Reggie Jackson Has Been Cleared for Light Running Exercises
The Detroit Pistons announced today that point guard Reggie Jackson has been "cleared to begin light running, shooting, and continued ankle strengthening exercises."
Jackson has been out with a Grade 3 ankle sprain that he suffered against the Indiana Pacers on December 26th.
The Pistons say there is no timetable for Jackson to return to practice or games yet, but this is good news in terms of his rehab.
Jackson averaged 14.6 points and 5.5 assists per game prior to suffering a right ankle sprain.
Detroit returns from the All-Star break on Friday, February 23rd when they face the Boston Celtics.
