NBA Combine Day Two Recap: Quieter Day for Pistons
After a very busy first day at the NBA Combine for the Detroit Pistons, things slowed down for Stan Van Gundy and Jeff Bower at the final day of the combine.
The two-day event in Chicago concluded yesterday, where the Pistons reportedly met with four NBA prospects. Here's the news from yesterday.
Interviewed
DJ Wilson- PF/C
Wilson suffered a quad injury during a workout with the San Antonio Spurs, but that did not stop him from meeting with NBA teams. He met with Detroit yesterday, as he hopes to find out if he should or shouldn't stay in the draft. Wilson has not hired an agent and could go back to Michigan if he pleases. In his third year with the Wolverines, Wilson averaged 11 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. He has legitimate stretch four potential, as he shot 37.3 percent from deep last season.

Ike Anigbogu- C
After just one season at UCLA, Anigbogu hired an agent and will likely be a first round pick in the draft come June. He met with the Pistons yesterday and would provide Detroit with a very raw prospect. Averaging just 4.7 points and four rebounds in 13 minutes per game last year, Anigbogu's real potential comes on the defensive end.
Bam Adebayo- C
Edrice "Bam" Adebayo is another freshman who will likely hear is name called in the first round on June 22nd. The Kentucky center averaged 13 points and eight rebounds per game. The 6'10" big posted a 123.6 offensive rating, the best in the SEC last year. DraftExpress mocks him as a late first round pick, but Adebayo could jump up draft boards after a few strong workouts.
Zach Collins- PF/C
The Pistons also met with Gonzaga freshman Zach Collins yesterday, but Vincent Ellis of the Detroit Free Press reports that he likely won't be available by the time Detroit is on the clock.

Scouts have fallen in love with Collins, who came off the bench for Gonzaga last season. He averaged 10 points on 47.6 percent shooting from behind the arc and 5.9 rebounds per game. Collins has the versatility to play either the four or the five, but will likely begin his career as a power forward until he is able to bulk up.
