Report: Luke Kennard Shut Down for Summer League, Max Hooper Added to Roster
The Detroit Pistons most promising prospect has been shut down for the remainder of Summer League before the Pistons have even played their first game. Keith Langlois of Pistons.com tweeted out that Luke Kennard suffered a left knee strain and will not play in Summer League. https://twitter.com/Keith_Langlois/status/1014182670316662784 The Pistons are taking the precautionary route with Kennard's injury, which is smart. Detroit will also be without Kennan Evans, who they signed to a two-way contract following the NBA Draft. He is recovering from injury. In a follow up move, Detroit has added Max Hooper, former Oakland wing-man, to their Summer League roster.
