Game Preview: Pistons Look to Stay Hot Versus Kings

The Kings fell in their last game to the Golden State Warriors, the team that the Pistons will play on Thursday night. The Kings had a strong first half and even lead the Warriors heading into the third quarter. Golden State used a 39-22 second quarter advantage to take the lead over the Kings. DeMarcus Cousins was held to just 17 points and 10 rebounds. He is averaging 28 points and 10 rebounds in the season. Anthony Tolliver, who played for the Pistons last season, added 16 points and five boards.
The Kings have lost three straight games and are 5-5 in their last 10 contests.
The Pistons picked up an emotional double overtime win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday night. Andre Drummond played 52 minutes, not coming out of the game since entering it midway through the second quarter, scoring 28 points and 14 rebounds. He also had four huge steals. Reggie Jackson bursts out for 31 points and three assists. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope scored 26 points, including the game-winning three-pointer.
