Game Preview: Pistons Look to Keep Winning in Game Versus Lakers
The Detroit Pistons(24-28) face the Los Angeles Lakers(18-36) tonight at 7:30 PM EST. The Pistons host the Lakers for their only meeting this season.
The Lakers won their last game against the New York Knicks, 121-107. It was one of their best performances of the season. Nick Young scored 17 points for the Lakers in just 21 minutes. Rookie, Brandon Ingram, scored 14 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Lou Williams came off the bench to score 22 points. It was the Lakers' first win against the Knicks in New York in six years.
The Pistons also come into tonight's game after winning in their previous one. They dismantled the Philadelphia 76ers, 113-96. Seven Pistons scored in double figures, including Andre Drummond, who scored 16 points and corraled 17 rebounds. Marcus Morris added 19 points and eight rebounds. The Pistons used a 34-21 advantage in the third quarter to win the game.
