Game Preview: Pistons Face Wizards in First Road Game of Season
The Detroit Pistons(1-0) travel to Washington D.C. tonight to face the Washington Wizards(1-0) in their first road game of the 2017-2018 season. The game begins at 7:00 p.m.
The Wizards played a close contest against the Philadelphia 76ers to open their season, escaping with a 120-115 win. Bradley Beal led the way for Washington, as he scored 25 points in the win. The veteran center, Marcin Gortat, had an outstanding contest recording his first double-double of the year, as he finished with 17 points and 16 rebounds. Gortat helped Washington secure 16 offensive rebounds in the win, which played a crucial role down the stretch against a young Philadelphia team.
Detroit started off their season on a high note, as they took down the Charlotte Hornets 102-90. Tobias Harris started the game off hot and never really cooled down as he scored 27 points and corralled 10 rebounds in the win.Langston Galloway was fantastic in his Pistons' debut, scoring 16 points on 6-10 shooting.

The Detroit Pistons should be at full health for tonight's game as everyone was available in their season opener besides Reggie Bullock, who is suspended for the first five games.
The Washington Wizards will be without Markieff Morris(sports a hernia) and likely Jason Smith(shoulder) who left the season opener early on with a sprained right shoulder.
